May 16, 2026 | Maryville, Missouri Devon and Bradley’s wedding day started in the cabins, surrounded by their favorite people and all the excitement that comes with getting ready to say “I do.”
The forecast also decided to keep us guessing. The morning started HOT, and it was pretty clear from the beginning that Missouri weather was going to give us a little bit of everything.
The cabins were filled with all those little moments I love documenting on wedding mornings: finishing touches, laughter, anticipation, and everyone getting ready for the day ahead.
Before long, it was time to head to Mozingo Lake Recreation Park and get these two married!
And then came the rain.
Because apparently one weather forecast wasn’t enough for this wedding day. We went from sunshine and heat to rain before Mother Nature decided to crank the temperature right back up again.
But Devon and Bradley rolled with every bit of it.
Devon and Bradley tied the knot at Mozingo, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.
Rain, heat and all, nothing was taking away from the reason everyone was there: watching these two officially begin their next chapter together.
Once the rain moved through, the heat came BACK.
Safe to say, the weather wasn’t the only thing bringing the heat that day. Devon and Bradley made my job behind the camera pretty dang easy.
These are always some of my favorite moments of a wedding day. Just the newlyweds, a little breathing room, and the realization of, “Wait... we’re actually MARRIED.”
We ended the day right where Devon and Bradley said “I do,” celebrating at Mozingo with their friends and family.
It was hot. It rained. It got hot again. We laughed through all of it, and somehow that made the day even more memorable.
It was such a fun day celebrating these two coming together and documenting another chapter of their story.
Congratulations, Devon + Bradley! Here’s to forever.
