One Bumpin’ Wedding for Illusion + Noah

On a perfectly hot Saturday, June 13th Illusion and Noah said "I do" surrounded by family, friends, and a whole lot of love... plus a little one on the way. Yup, our glowing bride was glowing extra thanks to the tiniest guest in attendance—her baby bump! (Illusion, if you’re reading this, you were literally a radiant goddess.)

Let’s rewind.

6:30 AM: Bright and early with the bridal party While most of Iowa was still sleeping, Illusion and the girls were already giggling over hot rollers. The girls were all energy and glam, while the guys rolled in with that casual. Not late.. GO GUYS! 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Glam, giggles, and a dress moment Cue the emotion: Illusion stepping into her gown was one for the highlight reel. It wasn’t just a dress—it was a moment. And then she turned, cradled her belly ever so subtly, and we all collectively lost it behind our cameras. 3:00 PM: First look — aka tears o’clock Noah’s face when he saw Illusion? Melt. Instant melt. These two have that kind of chemistry that makes your job as a videographer 100x easier (and your mascara 100x more at risk). Their first look gave me rom-com goosebumps. 5:00 PM: A ceremony filled with stories, sunbeams, and one very sweet officiant Under the blazing sun and a few stray happy tears, they promised forever. There was laughter, storytelling, and a breeze that felt like it was scheduled. Perfection. 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Tacos, toasts, twirls, and tearjerkers The reception was a fiesta—literally. The Mexican buffet was chef’s kiss. The speeches had us laughing and misty-eyed, especially when Illusion’s dad talked about her becoming a mom. Cue all the feels. First dances turned into dance battles, the cake cutting became a cake launch, and when golden hour hit at 8:50 PM? You bet we snuck out for the dreamiest sunset shots. Pregnant or not, Illusion moved like Beyoncé. Noah kept up. Barely.
